Privacy Policy for FlowPix

This Privacy Policy explains how FLOWPIX LIMITED (“FlowPix”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the FlowPix iOS app, website, and related services.

1. Who we are

FlowPix is operated by FLOWPIX LIMITED. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@flowpix.app.

2. Information we collect

The information we collect depends on the features you use and may include:

  • Account and profile data: email address, user ID, authentication provider, profile settings, language, country or region, and account status.
  • Connected social account data: platform name, platform account ID, username or display name, granted permissions, connection status, and OAuth access or refresh tokens. We do not receive or store your social-platform password.
  • Content and media: posts, images, videos, captions, Stories and carousel drafts, generated content, uploaded files, publishing results, and related metadata such as MIME type, dimensions, duration, codec, or cover image.
  • Planning and brand data: brand profiles, websites and app links you provide, content plans, scheduled times, selected platforms, approval state, publishing settings, and platform-specific media variants.
  • AI feature inputs and outputs: prompts, captions, brand context, feedback, and generated text or media needed to provide the AI feature you request.
  • Subscription data: product ID, subscription tier and status, transaction identifier, price, currency, and expiration date supplied by Apple or another authorized payment provider. FlowPix does not receive full payment card details.
  • Analytics and diagnostics: app events, user ID, authentication method, subscription status, notification permission status, language, region, currency, time zone, device and app information, crash reports, performance traces, request metadata, and error context. A crash report may include a screenshot or view hierarchy captured at the time of an error.
  • Technical and security data: IP address, browser or device type, operating system, app version, logs, and information used to detect abuse and protect accounts.

3. How we use information

We use this information to:

  • Create and secure your account and synchronize your FlowPix workspace.
  • Import content, connect social accounts, and show their connection status.
  • Create content plans, store drafts, process media, and provide AI-assisted features.
  • Publish a supported post when you explicitly choose Publish now, schedule it, or enable Autopilot. You can disable automation or disconnect a platform at any time.
  • Process subscriptions, enforce feature limits, and provide customer support.
  • Measure feature usage, diagnose errors, improve performance, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Connected social platforms and OAuth tokens

When you connect Instagram, Threads, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, YouTube, or another supported service, the platform shows the permissions requested by FlowPix. FlowPix receives only the information and permissions you approve.

OAuth tokens are stored server-side and used only to perform authorized actions such as reading account information, checking publishing capabilities, or publishing approved content. Tokens are removed from active storage when you disconnect the account and may also expire or be revoked by the platform. Disconnecting FlowPix does not delete content that was already published on the platform.

5. AI processing

When you request an AI feature, the text, media, and brand context needed for that request may be sent to an AI service provider. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not required for the feature. AI-generated content should be reviewed by you before it is approved or published.

6. Service providers and data sharing

We share information only as needed to operate FlowPix, fulfill your requests, protect the service, or comply with law. Provider categories may include:

  • Cloud hosting and storage, including Cloudflare.
  • Analytics and crash reporting, including AppMetrica and Sentry.
  • AI processing, including OpenAI or another provider used for the feature you request.
  • Email, notifications, and customer support providers.
  • Payments, including Apple App Store and other authorized payment providers.
  • Connected social platforms, when FlowPix sends content and settings required to perform an action you approve.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices. FlowPix does not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

7. Legal bases

Where applicable, we process information to perform our contract with you, based on your consent or instructions, for our legitimate interests in operating and securing FlowPix, and to meet legal obligations. You may withdraw consent for an optional connection or feature without affecting earlier lawful processing.

8. Data retention

Account, brand, plan, and media data are retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. OAuth tokens are retained until they expire, are revoked, or you disconnect the platform. Publishing and security records may be retained for a limited period for reliability, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Backups and provider logs may remain for an additional limited period before deletion.

9. Security

We use measures designed to protect information, including encrypted network transport, access controls, and restricted server-side storage for OAuth credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Your choices and rights

You can edit or delete content, disable Autopilot, disconnect social platforms, and manage subscriptions through FlowPix, the connected platform, or Apple settings where available. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export personal data, and to complain to a data protection authority.

To exercise a privacy right or request account deletion, use the in-app controls or email support@flowpix.app. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some records may be retained when required by law or for legitimate security and dispute-resolution purposes.

11. Children’s privacy

FlowPix is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age.

12. International transfers

FlowPix and its providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use contractual or other safeguards designed to protect information during international transfers.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as FlowPix changes. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice in the app or on this page when required.
