Delete your FlowPix account

This page explains how to request deletion of your FlowPix account (the login you use for the FlowPix iOS or Android app). It is published for Google Play and App Store data-safety requirements.

1. What account deletion means

When we delete your FlowPix account, we remove access to the service tied to your email address and delete or de-identify the personal data listed below that we store for that account.

Note: In the app, Delete profile removes an Instagram planning profile and its posts, stories, and media. That is not the same as deleting your entire FlowPix account. To remove your FlowPix login and all associated data, follow the steps in section 3.

2. Delete content without deleting your account (optional)

You can remove some data in the app without closing your FlowPix account:

  • Posts, stories, and carousel slides: delete individual items or hide/archive them in the feed.
  • Planning profile: Settings → Delete profile removes that profile and its stored content from FlowPix.
  • Connected social accounts: disconnect platforms in Settings → Connected accounts. OAuth tokens are removed from active storage; content already published on a social network stays on that platform.
  • Subscriptions: manage or cancel through Google Play, Apple App Store, or your payment provider.

3. How to request FlowPix account deletion

  1. Send an email from the address linked to your FlowPix account to support@flowpix.app.
  2. Use the subject line: Delete my FlowPix account.
  3. In the message, include:
    • Your FlowPix account email address
    • Whether you use FlowPix on iOS, Android, or both
    • A short confirmation that you want permanent account deletion
  4. We may reply to verify your identity before processing the request.
  5. After verification, we typically complete deletion within 30 days. We will email you when the request is finished or if we need more information.

4. Data deleted with your account

When your FlowPix account is deleted, we delete or de-identify, as applicable:

  • Account credentials and profile settings (email, user ID, authentication provider)
  • All planning profiles, posts, stories, carousel files, and uploaded media stored for your account
  • Brand DNA, content plans, scheduled slots, and Autopilot settings
  • Connected-platform OAuth tokens and connection metadata
  • AI feature inputs and outputs stored for your workspace
  • Subscription status records held by FlowPix (billing history may remain with Apple, Google, or other payment providers under their policies)

5. Data we may retain

Some information may be kept for a limited time when required by law or for legitimate purposes, including:

  • Security, fraud-prevention, and abuse logs
  • Support correspondence about your deletion request
  • Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably identify you
  • Backups and provider logs, which are purged on a rolling basis (typically within 90 days)
  • Records we must keep for tax, accounting, or legal compliance

Content you already published to Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms is not removed from those services when you delete your FlowPix account.
