Terms of Use for FlowPix

Welcome to FlowPix. By downloading, accessing, or using the FlowPix mobile application or website at flowpix.app, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using FlowPix, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

FlowPix is a mobile application and related online services that help users plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content. Features may include visual grid planning, Stories and carousel planning, AI-assisted captions, team collaboration, subscription-based premium features, and optional Autopilot tools that connect third-party social accounts when you choose to enable them.

3. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must comply with the terms and policies of each social platform you connect or publish to.
  • You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use FlowPix.

4. Connected platforms and publishing

When you connect a social media account (such as Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, or YouTube), you authorize FlowPix to act on your behalf only for the actions you request, such as scheduling or publishing content you approve. You remain responsible for all content published through your connected accounts.

FlowPix does not guarantee that third-party platforms will accept, display, or keep published content. Platform APIs, review processes, and account status may change without notice.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid features are offered through in-app subscriptions processed by Apple App Store or, where available, other authorized payment providers. Payment details are handled by the payment provider, not by FlowPix. Subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the applicable store or payment provider rules.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use FlowPix for unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content.
  • Violate the terms of any connected social platform.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service.
  • Share account access in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

FlowPix, its branding, software, and website content are owned by FLOWPIX LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create, subject to the licenses needed for us to operate the service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

FlowPix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or specific publishing outcomes on third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLOWPIX LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of FlowPix or connected platforms.

10. Changes to the service and terms

We may modify FlowPix or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons. You may stop using FlowPix at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable local laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
